Position: Public Relations Manager (Relocate to Philippines / Thailand)
Locations: Philippines, Thailand (3-5 person)
Position Overview
This role begins in Malaysia with a focus on Human Resource responsibilities, under the coaching and training of the HR department. The initial scope will involve HR support, recruitment coordination, and organisational development, as well as supporting the PR team training activities.
As the candidate progresses, upon confirmation, the role will transition into a full Public Relations Manager function, build and maintain client relationships, providing high-quality and efficient PR consulting services and relocating to Philippines or Thailand.
Key Responsibilities
Phase 1 — HR Support (Initial Focus)
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead and support HR initiatives including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations.
- Support organizational structure planning and build recruitment and assessment frameworks to ensure effective talent acquisition and development
Phase 2 — Public Relations Manager Responsibilities (Transition Stage)
- Manage corporate PR projects, ensuring smooth coordination, timely delivery, and professional communication across all stakeholders.
- Build and maintain client relationships, providing high-quality and efficient PR consulting services.
- Develop and implement PR and media plans tailored to client or corporate needs, and oversee project progress from planning to execution.
- Lead external communication efforts, including media engagement, client meetings, and negotiation support.
- Build and expand media and business networks, monitor public sentiment, identify potential risks, and support crisis management efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Public Relations, Media, Communications, Journalism, or related fields.
- Proven ability to work in large organizations or dynamic industries, with high EQ and strong situational awareness.
- Strong strategic thinking, resource integration, and project management capabilities.
- Excellent bilingual communication, writing, and presentation skills (English & Chinese).
- Open-minded, confident, and composed, able to handle pressure and setbacks positively.

随着个人能力和经验的提升,岗位将逐步转型为公关经理角色,建立并维护与客户的紧密关系,确保提供高质量和高效的公关咨询服务,量身定制以满足客户需求和业务目标。作为客户的主要联系人,管理期望,提供战略建议。
主要职责第一阶段 — 人力资源支持(初期重点)
- 制定并执行与业务目标一致的人力资源策略
- 主导或参与招聘、入职、培训及员工关系等工作
- 协助组织架构规划和人力资源体系建设
- 处理相关文件、报表、数据及部门协调工作
- 根据需要参与公关团队培训与支持工作
第二阶段 — 公关经理职责(逐步过渡)
- 负责集团公关项目管理工作,拓展并维护客户关系,为客户提供专业而高效的公关咨询服务
- 根据客户需求,制定客户公关服务方案,监督跟进各个环节的工作分工和实施。
- 主导外部客户接洽工作,协助新客户的洽谈,谈判策略及规划,协调及跟进等工作;
- 开拓与维护核心资源,监控业务舆情,发掘潜在危机并进行拦截处理
任职资格
- 大学本科以上学历
- 高情商人才,具备大型公司公关工作经历,在当前领域出色,逻辑清晰;较强的人际沟通,思维理解能力;
- 中英文流利,出色的沟通技巧和团队协作精神、书面口头表达能力优秀;
- 具备战略思维、政策洞察力和项目管理能力,善于开发与整合资源;
- 性格开朗不失沉稳,面对挫折,有较强自我管理能力.
