岗位职责:

  • 按照公司的销售策略,使用公司提供的资源,和新代理建立并加深合作关系
  • 服务和管理现有代理群体,与现有代理保持紧密关系
  • 在现有代理的合作基础上深挖并拓展合作空间
  • 参与团队协作, 定位目标市场和潜在目标代理群,制定并执行具体的发展开拓计划
  • 进行市场信息的收集,及时掌握同行业动态,定期进行竞争对手分析
  • 根据市场开发战略计划,完成销售业绩指标

任职要求:

  • 商务相关领域本科以上学位
  • 有销售经验者优先
  • 出色的人际沟通和协调能力
  • 出色的客户服务意识
  • 有较强的竞争意识,充分关注业绩目标
  • 具备较强的市场分析和判断能力
  • 有责任心,敬业,能够积极面对工作中的挑战
