崗位職責:

  • 依照公司的銷售策略,使用公司提供的資源,和新代理商建立並加深合作關係
  • 服務和管理現有代理群體,與現有代理保持緊密關係
  • 在現有代理商的合作基礎上深挖並拓展合作空間
  • 參與團隊協作, 定位目標市場和潛在目標代理群,制定並執行具體的發展開拓計劃
  • 進行市場資訊的蒐集,及時掌握同業動態,並定期進行競爭對手分析
  • 根據市場開發策略計劃,完成銷售績效指標

任職要求:

  • 商務相關領域本科以上學位
  • 有銷售經驗者優先
  • 優秀的人際溝通與協調能力
  • 出色的客戶服務意識
  • 有較強的競爭意識,充分關注績效目標
  • 具備較強的市場分析與判斷能力
  • 有責任心,敬業,能夠積極面對工作中的挑戰
  • 能夠適應文化多元的工作環境
