この職種は、イベントマネージャーおよびイベントコーディネーターチームとの管理業務に携わります。

各オフィスや部門と効果的に連携し、優れた対人スキルとコミュニケーション能力を備えたプロフェッショナルな人材を求めています。

日本語・英語の両言語に対応できる方で、マルチタスクで柔軟に業務をこなせる方を歓迎します。

必須言語:

日本語(第一言語):ビジネス会話に精通している方

英語:英語でのコミュニ―ケーションスキルに長けてる方(メール、会話)

主な職務内容:


• マネジメントサポート(日次報告書の更新)


• データベース管理(データ入力・抽出)


• 営業チームとの連携(契約/顧客関連データの収集・入力・管理)


• 電話対応およびメール処理

求める人材:

新卒、未経験者歓迎。

事務職またはカスタマーサービスでの職務経験、実務経験があると望ましい。


• スケジュールや締め切りを遵守できる方


• 細部への高い注意力と正確性を維持できる方


• マルチタスク処理能力に長けている方


• PCの基本操作(Word/Excel/メール対応)ができる方

Summits, the elite division of the world's leading producer of business events, is now recruiting for an Event Coordinator for its Japanese Summits division. The Event Coordinator will be part of the Operations team that provides administrative support to a team of Event Managers and Event Coordinators. We are looking for a dedicated, detail-orientated and self-motivated professional, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively correspond with our various offices and departments.

C2 level of the Japanese language is a must for this position.

This is an in-person role based in our office in
Kuala Lumpur
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Management support (updating daily reports).
  • Database management (data entry and extraction).
  • Liaison with sales teams (collecting, inputting and managing contract-/client-related data).
  • Telephone call and e-mail handling.

Qualifications

  • C2 level of the Japanese language is required for this role (verbal and written).
  • Advanced level of the English language (verbal and written).
  • Previous work experience in an administrative and/or customer service environment or any other related field will be considered a definite advantage.
  • Ability to work under pressure and follow deadlines and schedules.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy.
  • Multi-tasking and time management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with others.
  • Computer literacy; excellent command of Microsoft Excel and Word.
