As an HRBP, you will work closely with business leaders to provide strategic HR support and solutions. You'll be at the forefront of key HR functions such as employee relations, engagement, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities / 業務内容

  • Act as the lead HRBP for designated business units, fostering strong relationships with managers and employees
  • 担当部署の主要HRパートナーとして、従業員およびマネージャーと信頼関係を構築
  • Handle employee relations: performance management, grievances, disciplinary issues, investigations
  • パフォーマンス管理、懲戒処分、苦情処理、調査対応などの労使関係対応
  • Advise on local employment law, HR policies, and best practices
  • 雇用法、人事制度、ベストプラクティスに関するアドバイスの提供
  • Support employee engagement activities and mediate workplace conflicts
  • 従業員エンゲージメント施策支援および職場トラブルの仲裁
  • Draft, review, and translate HR documents (policies, contracts, etc.) in both Japanese and English
  • 人事関連文書の作成・翻訳・レビュー(英語/日本語)
  • Work with HR CoEs: Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development
  • タレントアクイジション、報酬、育成など専門HRチームとの連携
  • Track HR metrics and provide reports and insights to support business decisions
  • HRメトリクスの分析と意思決定支援
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and internal agreements
  • 労働法、社内規程、労使協定の遵守徹底


Requirements / 応募資格

  • 2+ years of experience in HR (flexible depending on background)
  • 人事実務経験2年以上(経験により応相談)
  • Experience in employee/labor relations or local labor law is an advantage
  • 労使関係または雇用法の経験があれば尚可
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
  • 優れた対人スキル、交渉力、問題解決能力
  • Fluent in both Japanese and English
