Position 职位:HR Manager (1 opening) 人力资源经理 (1名)

Job Description | 工作内容

*Manage full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, training, payroll, and performance management

*Develop HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support company goals

*Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions

*Lead HR planning, organizational development, and talent management

*Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations

*Support management in workforce planning and HR decision-making

*Maintain employee records and HR documentation

*管理全面人力资源事务,包括招聘、培训、薪资及绩效管理

*制定并完善人力资源策略、政策与工作流程

*处理员工关系、冲突调解及纪律事项

*负责组织规划、人才发展及人力配置

*确保遵守劳动法及公司相关规章制度

*协助管理层进行人力规划与HR决策

*维护员工资料及人力资源文件

Requirements | 任职要求

*Must be able to speak, read and write Chinese

*Degree in HR Management or related field

*Minimum 3–5 years HR experience (managerial experience preferred)

*Good knowledge of labor laws and HR practices

*Strong communication, problem-solving, and people-management skills

*High level of responsibility, professionalism, and confidentiality

*Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks

*必须精通中文(读、写、沟通)

*拥有人力资源管理或相关领域学历

*3–5年以上人力资源工作经验(具管理经验者优先)

*熟悉劳动法及人资规范

*具备良好沟通能力、解决问题能力及团队管理能力

*具高度责任感、专业度及保密意识

*能独立作业并同时处理多项任务
