工作职责: 1、建立、完善公司财务组织管理体系; 2、指导公司建立、健全各项财务制度和财务岗位职责,优化财务工作流程; 3、组织公司资金预算、控制、核算、审计工作,及时、准确地提供财务数据分析报表; 4、负责规划、监管公司资金的收支及核销情况; 5、参与公司重大经济合同和经济协议的研究、审查; 6、指导、培训财务人员的专业知识和财务系统的操作、不断提高财务人员的专业素质; 7、负责区域下属国家财务经理的管理工作; 8、公司领导交办的其它工作。

任职要求: 1、全日制大学本科及以上学历,会计、财务、金融等相关专业; 2、至少5年及以上相关工作经验,团队管理能力优秀,具有电商及互联网财务分析工作经验优先; 3、熟悉工作国财务管理、预算管理、GAAP要求相关税务法规; 4、具备较强的战略思维和商业意识,对电子商务行业具有兴趣和热情,具有较强的沟通技能; 5、具备优秀的逻辑思维和分析能力,善于处理分析各种类型数据,熟练掌握财务系统操作及日常办公软件; 6、拥有CICPA、CMA、CIA、AICPA等财会领域职业资格认证者优先; 7、拥有跨境电商财务工作经验者优先; 8、英语流利,能与外籍人员沟通。

Job Responsibilities:

1. Establish and improve the company's financial organization and management system;

2. Guide the company in establishing and improving various financial systems and job responsibilities, and optimize financial workflows;

3. Organize the company's budgeting, control, accounting, and auditing work, and provide timely and accurate financial data analysis reports;

4. Be responsible for planning and supervising the company's income, expenditure, and write-off of funds;

5. Participate in the research and review of major economic contracts and agreements;

6. Guide and train financial personnel in professional knowledge and the operation of the financial system, and continuously improve the professional quality of financial personnel;

7. Be responsible for the management of regional national financial managers;

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above from a full-time university, majoring in accounting, finance, or related fields;

2. At least 5 years of relevant work experience, excellent team management skills, and experience in e-commerce and internet financial analysis is preferred;

3. Familiar with the financial management, budget management, GAAP requirements, and relevant tax regulations of the host country;

4. Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with interest and enthusiasm for the e-commerce industry and strong communication skills;

5. Excellent logical thinking and analytical abilities, adept at handling and analyzing various types of data, and proficient in financial system operation and common office software;

6. Preference will be given to candidates with professional certifications in the accounting field such as CICPA, CMA, CIA, and AICPA;

7. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in cross-border e-commerce finance;

8. Fluent in English and able to communicate with foreign personnel.
