**Responsibilities**:

- Reporting to the airasia Ride CEO directly, you will drive community projects and campaigns to deliver business objectives
- Driving engagement and growth: ensuring the drivers are growing with the company
- Take a data driven approach, working closely with marketing, Strategy and Operations team to gauge community engagement level, planning upcoming projects and estimating ROI from project retrospective efforts
- Monitor community project performance and recommends an action plan for a successful community growth
- Plan, deliver and manages all communication and business updates to the driver community

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years experience in managing business projects
- Strong stakeholder management and follow-through skills
- Possess a hands-on mentality and an analytical skill to drive your daily decision and project execution
- Experience in data analysis or marketing campaign management will be added advantage
