**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare reports on duty-free/duty-paid products, including spirits, cigarettes, beer, chocolate, perfumery, cosmetics, household and food, for each outlet by extracting relevant data such as purchasing, sales, stock holding, ageing and retail selling prices.
- Consolidate outlet-specific merchandising, sales, and stock-related reports to generate Group-level reports for management, operations team, and other stakeholders to analyze and make decisions.
- Consistently update and validate purchasing, sales, costing, retail pricing, and sales promotion data in reports to guarantee accuracy and reliability.
- To apply/modify vendor and product listings.
- Prepare and generate any ad hoc reports as necessary by the superior.

**Job Requirements**:

- Requires at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong data entry skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel are required.
- Experience with Merchandising System (IMS) or Navision is preferred.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel
