**OBJECTIVE**:
To manage and lead product development processes, focusing on supplier liaising, product and packaging design, and ensuring optimal product experience and customer satisfaction for Airda Group's eCommerce brands.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**1. Manage Product Development Process**:

- Conduct research on potential suppliers for new eCommerce products.
- Evaluate and negotiate contracts to ensure optimal quality and pricing.
- Manage the product development process from ideation to improvement.
- Familiarize and comply with product-related regulations and standards.
- Continuously improve existing products based on surveys, research, and customer feedback.

**2. Product Packaging Design**:

- Lead and oversee the design process for products under Airda Group's eCommerce brands.
- Liaise with outsourced designers to finalize product designs.
- Oversee production and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Ensure alignment with brand identity and product specifications.

**3. Cross-functional Support**:

- Streamline coordination of product development and improvement across departments.
- Adapt to changing priorities and contribute to the overall success of the product development process.
- Coordinate with team members to facilitate smooth project workflows.
- Provide ad-hoc support towards the head of product development.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Relevant background of study.
- Ability to read & write in Mandarin.
- Proficiency in packaging design software, such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Dimension would be a huge advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity in design concepts.
