Japanese Language Support Agent

**Responsibilities**:
- customer support position in E-commerce project
- answer and support customers inquirers via calls
- provides customer service support and resolution of
- routine problems regarding client's product or services.
**Requirements**:
- able to work rotational shift
- JLPT N1 (or N2)
- good communication skill with Japanese customers
- customer support experience or experience of related field is a plus
**Shift window**:
- rotational shift between 9AM - 11PM
- no midnight shift
