**Key Responsibilities**

**Customer Support**:

- Respond to inquiries about online advertising programs and assist business owners in a friendly, professional manner.
- Provide technical support in layman’s terms for complex advertising tools.

**Campaign Management**:

- Maintain AdWords campaigns and optimize text/display ads to improve conversions and reduce costs.
- Conduct keyword research, bid management, and budget optimization.
- Analyze campaign performance data, prepare reports, and recommend strategies for improvement.

**SEO and Online Advertising**:

- Implement SEO strategies to optimize organic search rankings.
- Optimize website architecture, content, and linking strategies.

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Handle high-end client accounts, ensuring accurate billing, payment resolution, and updates on orders.
- Assist customers with program benefits, terms, technical tools, and issue resolution.

**Documentation and Compliance**:

- Record customer interactions and maintain accurate documentation of inquiries and responses.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**:

- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- Post-secondary education (2 years or more) is a plus.
- **Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience in contact center or customer service preferred.
- Previous experience with SEO, SEM, AdWords, or Google Analytics is advantageous.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese (JLPT N1) and English.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Knowledge of basic marketing strategies and online advertising tools.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle complex procedures and work independently.
