This position will oversee the end to end of Live Channel (local and international) content of MYTV OTT's AVOD services. The task is to establish new partnerships and on boarding of local and international content partners to sustain content offerings on MYTV OTT platform. This role requires strong negotiation skills, relationship management and strategic thinking in expanding MYTV OTT content library and enhance user engagement.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Identify, evaluate and on board new local and international content providers (TV channels, production studios or independent content creators) content for **MYTV's OTT AVOD services.**:

- Assist in partnership with new and existing broadcaster and content provider for MYTV OTT platform.
- Assist in content planning and implementation cross-functional teams towards clear, coherent projects, achieving target revenue for AVOD services including timeline and deliverables.
- Assist in content acquisition, legal documentations and contract management on carriage / licensing agreements with channel or content providers.
- Assist in monitoring the channel on AVOD platform.
- Assist in weekly or monthly reports and insights to management, channel owner or content provider as requested.
- Assist in on promotional activities or on ground activations to promote MYTV OTT platform.
- Maintaining good relationships with Channel owner and content provider under MYTV OTT platform.

**Competencies to deliver the job**:

- Proven experience managing TV channel or content preferably in OTT, broadcasting or entertainment industry.
- Build strong relationship with content providers, broadcasters and content creators.
- Strong partnership negotiation skills especially content partnership
- Strong understanding of OTT content deveelopment and digital media storytelling
- Excellent communication skills and documentations
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines in fast paced environment

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor Degree in Communications & Media Studies, Marketing, Partnership or related field
- Proven experience in TV or digital content within the entertainment industry, preferably in the OTT streaming sector
- Ability to thrive in fast paced, dynamic environement with tight deadlines and evolving priorities
- Familiarity with OTT platform technologies, content management systems and digital distribution workflows id desirable
- A minim of 2-3 years of experience in content for TV/media, TV channel management or OTT content management and partnership
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Familairity with OTT content platform
- Time management and negotiation skills

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
