**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage the architectural design process from planning to construction, ensuring alignment with project objectives, timelines, and budgets.
- Review and coordinate architectural drawings, specifications, and design submissions from consultants and internal teams.
- Liaise with external consultants, architects, and authorities to obtain necessary approvals and ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and project standards.
- Collaborate with project, engineering, M&E, and construction teams to ensure seamless integration of architectural designs into the overall project.
- Conduct regular design and coordination meetings to address design issues, site constraints, and construction-related adjustments.
- Monitor quality and accuracy of architectural work during construction phases and ensure adherence to the approved design intent.
- Provide technical guidance on material selection, detailing, and design optimization for cost-effectiveness and sustainability.
- Participate in tender evaluations and contractor selection processes related to architectural scope.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture/Building or equivalent from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in architectural project management, preferably within the construction or property development sector.
- Strong understanding of local authority guidelines, UBBL, and submission procedures.
- Excellent design coordination and problem-solving skills with a strong eye for detail.
- Familiar with architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and BIM tools.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities to manage internal and external stakeholders.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
