**Description and Requirements**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary **Senior AI Architect** to join our dynamic and innovative team. In this role, you will leverage your deep expertise in **Generative AI (Gen AI), machine learning (ML), and deep learning (DL)** to design and implement cutting-edge AI solutions. You will work across the full AI architecture lifecycle, from concept through deployment, and play a key role in building AI capabilities that address our global AI requirements. This is an exciting opportunity to drive impactful AI projects that will shape the future of our organization and industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** AI Architecture & Solution Design**:
Lead the design, development, and optimization of end-to-end (E2E) AI architectures, ensuring that solutions meet both technical and business objectives. You will architect scalable, flexible, and robust AI frameworks tailored to complex, global use cases across a variety of industries.
- ** Advanced Algorithm Development**:

- ** End-to-End AI Systems**:
Oversee the full lifecycle of AI systems, including data pipeline design, model development, optimization, deployment, and maintenance. Ensure that solutions are integrated seamlessly with existing infrastructure while maintaining scalability and performance.
- ** Collaborative Leadership**:
Work closely with cross-functional teams (data scientists, engineers, business analysts) to understand requirements and translate them into AI-driven solutions. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior architects and developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- ** AI Capability Development**:
Build and continuously improve AI capabilities to support both short-term and long-term business goals. Help the organization stay ahead of the curve by researching and adopting emerging AI trends and technologies.
- ** Global AI Requirements**:
Contribute to shaping global AI strategy by aligning architecture decisions with overarching business objectives. Your work will be key in delivering AI solutions that meet the diverse needs of our international teams and clients.
- ** Stakeholder Communication**:
Communicate complex AI concepts and architectures clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.

**Required Qualifications**:

- ** Education**:
Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- ** Experience**:

- At least 7-10 years of professional experience in AI architecture, machine learning, deep learning, and/or related fields.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing **end-to-end AI solutions** for large-scale, complex systems.
- Strong understanding of advanced AI algorithms, including **generative models (e.g., GANs, VAEs)**, reinforcement learning, supervised/unsupervised learning, and deep neural networks.
- Hands-on experience with AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, etc.), and modern tools for model training and deployment.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI-specific services for building scalable AI solutions.
- ** Skills & Competencies**:

- ** Deep technical expertise** in AI and machine learning techniques.
- Ability to design complex AI systems, including data management, model training, performance optimization, and operationalization.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or similar languages. Familiarity with modern AI tools, libraries, and frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
