_**Job Description: -**_
- Assist to prepare payroll computation with the HR team such as salary, overtime, allowances, medical, claims summary and etc.
- Responsible to assist payroll processing, training & development and other HR related administration functions.
- To maintain proper employees’ personal files including employees’ leaves, medical claims, record attendance etc. and HR filing system.
- Check staff’s attendance, leave record and manage overall staff personnel files, ensuring all information are properly kept with highest level of confidentiality.
- Assist Human Resources Department in managing 50 foreign workers including work permit renewal and hostel management
- Help promoting a positive workplace culture and supporting the overall strategic objectives of the organization.
- Provide support to seniors and employees on performance-related issues.
- Keep up to date with trends and best practices in the HR areas.
- Assist to prepare HR reports for management review.
- _**Any ad-hoc task**_ which is required by the management

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- At least 2 years working experience in hr or admin.
- Has proven track record within internal/external audit environment evidencing strong performance in conducting high quality audit work, findings and reports.
- Excellent analytical, written communication, interpersonal, organization and presentation Hand-on person with positive attitude and have a high level of integrity, drive and initiative.
- Familiar with Microsoft / goggle form / infotechHRMS
- Meticulous with strong analytical skills and sound commercial judgement.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
