**YOUR ROLE AS A**:

- Manager, People Solutions & Recruitment_

**WHAT YOU’LL CHAMPION**:
HR Business Partnering (HRBP):

- Partner with business leaders to provide strategic HR guidance and support.
- Lead organizational development initiatives and support change management efforts.
- Support performance management, employee engagement, succession planning, and workforce planning.
- Advise on HR policy, employee relations, and compliance issues.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to improve employee experience and retention.
- Attend to people matters as required.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

- Lead end-to-end recruitment for key roles across departments, from job posting to offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline through proactive sourcing strategies and employer branding initiatives
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and refine job requirements.
- Manage relationships with external recruiters, job boards, and other sourcing platforms.

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a business partnering or recruitment-focused role.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and talent acquisition strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to influence and build trusted relationships with stakeholders.
- Experience with HRIS and Recruitment Platforms.
