**Responsibilities**:

- Review and ensure the machineries planning schedule meet the demand by prompt follow -up in daily, weekly and monthly basis. Ensure requisition raise to cater for the need as when required.
- Liaise with other department to ensure planning is executed as per planned.
- Stock adjustment for HQ and branches inventory upon approval.
- Counter check the shipment outgoing to ensure a smooth and controlled flow of finished goods.
- Monitoring stock levels and consumption patterns.
- Monthly, yearly stock take and stock audit.
- Monitoring the weekly incoming and outgoing quantity.
- Monitoring and maintain monthly MRP (Material Requirements Planning) reports.
- Provide continual improvement to improve department operations.
- Overseeing and monitor the daily function, organization, and development of planning section.
- Other duties as assigned/required by immediate superior or the Management.
