Job Summary:
We are looking for a Procurement Manager to oversee sourcing, supplier management, and procurement operations for PEPS Sanly JV Sdn Bhd. This role is responsible for ensuring cost-effective procurement of raw materials, components, and services while maintaining quality and delivery timelines to support automotive manufacturing operations.

Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost, quality, and supply chain efficiency.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for raw materials, automotive components, and services.
- Establish strong supplier relationships and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, quality standards, and automotive industry regulations.
- Work closely with production, engineering, and logistics teams to meet manufacturing requirements.
- Manage procurement contracts, purchase orders, and cost control initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and supply chain risks to ensure a stable supply.
- Lead and develop the procurement team to achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements:

- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of procurement experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
- Strong negotiation, supplier management, and cost-saving skills.
- Knowledge of automotive procurement standards, sourcing strategies, and supply chain best practices.
- Proficiency in any of procurement software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to speak Chinese to liaise with HQ in China.

Pay: From RM4,000.00 per month
