Your key responsibilities:

- Configure and improve existing ServiceNow solutions, with a focus on GRC modules where applicable.
- Collaborate with project teams to understand requirements and provide technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
- Ensure best practices are followed during the development and testing phases.
- Assist with the integration of ServiceNow with other systems and tools.
- Provide technical support and expertise during the deployment and post-implementation stages.
- Keep abreast of the latest ServiceNow updates and technologies, with a willingness to grow expertise in GRC.

To qualify for the role, you must have
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in ServiceNow development.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification is highly desirable.
- Experience with GRC modules within ServiceNow is preferred.
- Understanding of financial services compliance and regulatory requirements in Malaysia is advantageous.
- Proficiency in J avaScript and other relevant web technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a dynamic team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
