**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Talent Acquisition & ATS Management**: Lead recruitment efforts for various roles in Malaysia, identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent, coordinating the hiring process and ATS management in Greenhouse.
- **HR Administration**: Assist in onboarding and other HR tasks. Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Contribute to employee engagement activities and cultural initiatives.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with HR & Office Manager and management teams globally to align recruiting and employee management strategies with company goals.
- **Office Management & Engagement**: Creating a comfortable and efficient office space in Kuala Lumpur to support employee well-being and productivity.
**Requirements**:
- Experience in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage recruitment operations.
- Fluent in Bahasa Melayu and English.
- Good to have Mandarin skills.
- Familiarity with HR software and recruitment tools is a plus.
- Tech-savvy, adaptable, flexible, and willingness to take on new challenges.
