**About the Role**

We are seeking a proactive and client-focused **Client Success Executive** to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving client satisfaction, retention, and the adoption of our products and services. You will act as a bridge between our clients and internal teams, ensuring every client receives a top-tier experience from onboarding through to renewal and expansion.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the end-to-end client journey including onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support for a portfolio of clients.
- Foster strong relationships to ensure high levels of client retention and satisfaction.
- Liaise effectively with cross-functional internal teams such as Sales, Partnerships, Operations, and Development to deliver a seamless client experience.
- Understand client needs, identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities, and recommend initiatives to increase customer lifetime value.
- Maintain and optimize customer success metrics, processes, and reporting tools.
- Prepare client-ready reports and internal management updates.
- Support marketing and engagement activities (e.g., event coordination, campaign execution).
