Maintenance Supervisor

**1. Maintenance Operations**
- Supervise and coordinate all maintenance and repair activities for buildings, equipment, machinery, and systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
- Ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues and service requests.
- Schedule and oversee preventive maintenance tasks to minimize equipment downtime and extend asset life.
- Perform inspections to identify and address safety, structural, or operational concerns.

**2. Team Supervision**
- Lead, train, and motivate the maintenance team to ensure high productivity and work quality.
- Assign daily tasks and responsibilities, monitor performance, and provide ongoing feedback and guidance.
- Ensure proper adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and standard operating procedures.

**3. Equipment & Facility Management**
- Monitor the condition of tools, equipment, and facilities, ensuring they are used safely and maintained properly.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment servicing, and repairs.
- Recommend upgrades or replacements for aging equipment or systems.

**4. Health, Safety & Compliance**
- Ensure maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with safety regulations, codes, and environmental standards.
- Conduct safety briefings, ensure the use of PPE, and respond promptly to safety hazards or incidents.
- Ensure proper documentation for all compliance-related inspections and repairs.

**5. Coordination & Communication**
- Work closely with other departments (Housekeeping, Front Office, F&B, etc.) to coordinate maintenance schedules and minimize disruptions.
- Liaise with contractors and vendors for specialized repairs or projects.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the Maintenance Manager or relevant stakeholders.

**6. Inventory & Budget Control**
- Monitor and manage inventory of maintenance supplies, tools, and spare parts.
- Assist in budgeting and cost control by identifying efficient repair and maintenance solutions.
- Track expenses and report on maintenance-related expenditures.

Pay: From RM2,600.00 per month
