**Responsibilities**

The Import & Export Declaration Executive is overall responsible on the Titimas Group of Companies with the defined scope for:

- Manage, guide, and monitor job declarations;
- Monitor, follow-up, and update internal related team members / stakeholders on declarations status on all awarded job accordingly;
- To update job details/information into system/platform undertaken by Company;
- Handling of customer’s complaint;
- To manage all payment and invoicing of all disbursement arrangement;
- Ensure process compliance to company Quality Management System;
- Perform any other jobs as assign by superior / management when required from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Must possess at least SPM or above.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, customs clearance, or import/export operations.
- Proficient in logistics management systems.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with customers, shipping lines, and government agencies.
- Strong problem-solving skills to handle shipment issues and customs clearance challenges.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in declarations and compliance with regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to generate reports.
- Must be willing to work in Port Klang.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of customs clearance processes, HS codes, and regulatory permits.
- Ability to analyze and verify shipping documents, invoices, and customs declarations.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,600.00 per month
