_**Storekeeper / Admin Assistant**_
**Location**: [HQ - Kelana Jaya]
**Salary Range**: RM1,700 - RM2,300
**Responsibilities**:
**1. Document & Records Management**
- Organize and maintain files, correspondence, invoices, receipts, and company documents.
- Update data in the system or database.
**2. Daily Administrative Support**
- Prepare letters, memos, reports, and office documents.
**4. Office Procurement & Supplies**
- Order and maintain supplies.
- Liaise with suppliers and service providers.
**5. Stock & Inventory Management**
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods.
- Record stock in/out accurately in the inventory system.
- Prepare items for delivery or issuance to relevant departments.
**6. Store Organization & Maintenance**
- Arrange items in the store according to category and usage.
- Ensure the store is always clean, safe, and organized.
**7. Stock Inspection & Reporting**
- Conduct regular stock take / stock count.
- Report damaged, missing, or low-stock items to management.
- Prepare inventory, receiving, and issuance reports.
**8. HR Support (if required)**
- Assist in staff leave records, attendance, and personnel files.
- Prepare documents for recruitment and staff termination.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum SPM / STPM / Diploma in a related field.
- Experience in store management or office administration is an added advantage.
- Able to work independently and responsibly.
- Honest, disciplined, and well-organized.
