**Job Descriptions**
- Oversee and coordinate the work of the service technicians to ensure all repairs and maintenance are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Manage the workflow and scheduling of the service department to minimise customer wait times and maximise productivity.
- Liaise with customers to understand their repair needs, provide cost estimates, and ensure their satisfaction with the service received.
- Monitor inventory levels of parts and consumables, and place orders as needed to maintain adequate stock.
- Provide training and development opportunities for the service team to keep their skills up-to-date.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and enhance the overall performance of the service department.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant automotive industry regulations and safety standards.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and parts, to provide a seamless customer experience.
**Job requirements**
- Extensive experience (5+ years) as a manager or supervisor in an automotive service department.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive systems, repair procedures, and diagnostic techniques.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle complex repair issues.
- Proficient in inventory management and cost control.
- Familiarity with relevant automotive industry regulations and safety standards.
- Must be willing to work at Beranang.
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
**Education**:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Budget Control: 1 year (preferred)
