- Ensuring that documents and customer service records are accurate, organized and well-maintained.
- Keeping up-to-date with company announcements and factory recalls.
- Maintaining good relationships with clients.
- Liaising with manufacturers.
- Negotiating deals on behalf of customers and the organization.
- Handle general administration tasks, not limited to issuing quotations, debit notes, receipts, cover notes and policies, submitting daily collections, performing commission recoveries and commission payables, policy cancellation submissions, etc.
- Perform any additional ad hoc tasks assigned by management / superior.
**Job Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Degree in business administration or a relevant field is preferred.
- At 1 year's experience in administrative services or related fields.
- Experienced in **Warranty** field is preferred.
- Additional education, certifications, or experience is advantageous.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive, organized approach to multitasking.
- Professional appearance, courteous manner, and clear, friendly phone voice.
- Willing to work at Beranang.
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
