Asst Manager - Personal Financial Services Credit (Portfolio Reporting & Management)

**Functional (job responsibilities)**
- Periodic data extractions and preparations of monitoring reports;
- Perform ad-hoc data/ reports/ analysis to support Management, BNM, Internal or External Audit request;
- Improve automation processes by using Tableau and Excel VBA;
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) on data enrichment, conduct script conversions and report automation;
- Support data quality check, liaise with stakeholder to ensure data integrity;
- Working closely with various stakeholders, to understand business requirement, and to develop extraction scripts and deliverables;
- Ensure timely reporting to regulatory, senior management and internal stakeholders.

**Managerial (team/group responsibilities)**
- Share knowledge / experiences and support team members at work and escalates issues to management for further direction and decision where necessary;
- Comply with BNM and internal policies, guidelines and best practices

**Education/Qualification**

**Experience / Special Skills**
- Min 3 years of related experience in MIS analytics;
- Possess SQL programming skills;
- Possess Tableau and VBA Creator skills;
- Possess strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills;
- Ability to work independently;
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel, Words and PowerPoint skill (or equivalent in Google Suite).
