Account Executive L Open to Fresh Graduate

Carrying out general accounting and administrative duties as necessary.
- Responding to vendor, auditor and employee inquiries regarding invoices.
- Prepare for the monthly bank reconciliation.
- Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records.
- Ensure the payment to vendors is made on time.
- Ensure completeness of payment approval and documentation - Date stamping all new invoices and then forwarding them onto the appropriate department heads.
- Entering vendor invoices into AP system, preparing and mailing checks and communicating with vendors.
**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
