**Responsibilities**:

- Able to build a relationship of trust, credibility and mutual respect with customers and/or partners and internal team members.
- Listens to, understands and anticipates customer needs. Takes proactive steps to follow up on request and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills with customers, management and cross-functional team members.
- GSE, IQA, and Training Sessions turned in by months end, and no later then the 3rd of each month to your respective Regional Managers.
- Track monthly incentives and turn results into the District Manager on a weekly basis.
- Insure accuracy of data on the closing reports, which is used for DSRF reports on a daily basis.
- Payroll / overtime to be tracked on a daily basis, and matched up with digital data at the month’s end, and due to the Finance department by 25th of every month.
- Must have an open availability schedule; work at least one weekend day; work all required holidays, mandatory 6-day work weeks.
- Ensure that all employees are completing the Retail Operations Phase Training in a timely manner.
- Develop, train and motivate staff to achieve desired guest service and financial results.
- Control labor costs.
- Proactively schedule vacation and time off requests.
- Develop and train Assistant Managers to move forward in the organization.
- Wear professional attire and review relevant material before attending business meetings.
- Evaluate all employees with a 6-month review, and offer raises when needed after your District Manager has approved them.
- Responsible for quarterly meetings and provide meeting notes to your District Manager.
- Responsible to attend all required Manager meetings within our organization.
- Must have the ability to know certain technical/computer functions, as in Microsoft Word, Excel, Windows, etc.
- Responsible to insure proper procedures are being followed for the AUR process, in a timely manner.
- Responsible for Site Cleanliness and Organization of all files.
- Responsible for distribution and retrieval of all employee uniforms.
- Insure attendance guidelines are being upheld and tracked on a daily basis.
- Support all site contests through visual and verbal communication.
- Office Depot supply orders are due to your District Manager at months end.
- Employee of the Month is due to your District Manager by months end.
- Insure accuracy of reporting, with inventory.
- Work with your District Manager to achieve and maintain staffing levels.
