**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations within the **Accounts Receivable (OTC)** process, including billing, invoicing, payment follow-up, and account reconciliation.
- Accurately record and maintain OTC/AR transactions in the **NextWeek system**, ensuring all financial data is up-to-date and compliant with company policies.
- Generate and review AR reports, including **Aging Statements (SOA)**, to support internal reporting and cash flow analysis.
- Liaise with internal teams and external customers to resolve payment discrepancies and support collection activities.
- Assist the **Accounts Payable (PTP)** team in responding to stakeholder inquiries and ensuring end-to-end PTP efficiency.
- Process vendor invoices, validate payments, and perform vendor master data management in line with procurement and finance policies.
- Manage and monitor financial transactions including insurance payments, bank charges, and other fees—ensuring proper escalation and resolution when issues arise.
- Participate in continuous process improvements, internal control initiatives, and contribute to automation efforts across financial workflows.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Good understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and general ledger transactions.
- Prior experience using **NextWeek** or similar financial systems is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a collaborative mindset.
- Experience in a finance shared services environment or multinational organization is an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
