**Position: Telemarketing Executive (Full-Time)**
**Location: Subang Jaya SS15**
**Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30 AM - 5.30 PM**
**Office-based Role**

**Tanggungjawab**:

- Merancang dan menjalankan kempen pemasaran digital (Google Ads, media sosial, emel) bagi menjana prospek pelanggan
- Mencipta kandungan dan visual menarik untuk platform seperti Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn dan emel
- Mengurus dan meningkatkan kehadiran jenama di platform digital
- Menghubungi prospek melalui telefon, emel atau WhatsApp untuk menukar mereka menjadi pelanggan
- Memantau prestasi kempen serta menjalankan kajian pasaran bagi penambahbaikan berterusan

**Kelayakan**:

- Diploma atau Ijazah dalam bidang Perniagaan, Pendidikan, Sumber Manusia atau bidang berkaitan
- Sekurang-kurangnya 1 tahun pengalaman kerja adalah digalakkan (graduan baharu juga dialu-alukan)
- Mempunyai kemahiran komunikasi dan interpersonal yang baik
- Boleh bekerja secara berdikari dan mengurus pelbagai tugasan dengan baik
- Fasih dalam Bahasa Malaysia dan Bahasa Inggeris
- Keutamaan diberikan kepada calon Bumiputera

- Manage and improve the brand’s online presence
- Track campaign performance and do market research to improve results

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Business, Education, HR, or related field
- 1 year of work experience preferred (fresh grads are welcome)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
