KEY ACCOUNTAIBILITIES
- Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, and consultation with line managers
- Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations
- Deploy a wide variety of training methods
- Conduct effective onboarding induction and leadership development sessions
- Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and periodically reporting to line manager / top management
- Manage training budget
- Provide opportunities for ongoing content development on training effectiveness & efficiency
- Identifying training needs by consulting with stakeholders (both internal and group) and using needs assessments
- Developing and delivering training solutions that meet business needs

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
- Degree Holder with 5-10 yrs. of experience
- Demonstrate leadership on Regulatory & Compliance matters.
- Maintain awareness of operational risk and minimize the likelihood of it occurring including its identification, assessment, mitigation and control, loss identification and reporting

KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to perform working under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Experienced in multicultural and team’s management coordination
- Ability to define, prioritize and execute process in a structured manner
- Experience in an operational capacity as part of Agency Distribution response function
- Experience with networking and rapport engagement
