**Duties & Responsibilities**:
1. Receive all orders from suppliers in good condition and adhere to the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for receiving.
2. Verify that all necessary documents from the supplier (Delivery Order and Invoice) accompany each shipment during the receiving process.
3. Ensure that the delivered items match the order and the quantity specified.
4. Acknowledge the receipt of the document and pass to Purchasing Executive before 5 pm on the same day.
5. Inspect all non-food items for good condition and check the expiration dates for food products.
6. In case of any damaged or expired items in the warehouse, the Storekeeper may issue a goods return note to the supplier.
7. Maintain responsibility for monitoring the quantity of items in the warehouse.
8. Supervise the first-in, first-out (FIFO) system for all items to prevent shortages or losses. Every time an item is taken out, it must be recorded on a request form from the warehouse.
9. Conduct a monthly stock check in collaboration with the Purchasing department to ensure proper stock control and quantity management.
10. Monitor stock levels for each item in the warehouse and promptly inform the Purchasing department when stock levels are low.
11. Adhere to the FIFO method for both receiving and dispensing products from the warehouse.
12. Organize and store all items in their designated locations, including maintenance items.
13. Assist in transportation coordination and contribute to improving workflow processes within the warehouse to ensure smooth operations, timely deliveries, and efficient handling of goods.

**Authorities**:
1. To arrange the item to staff when have any request with follow procedure out the item.

**Working Experience**
1. At least 2 years’ experience on warehouse field.
2. Knowledge on warehouse system and Inventory control.

**Academic**:
1. At least SPM/STPM

**Applicable Skill & Knowledge**:
1. Communication
2. Interpersonal Skills.
3. Time and Priority Management
4. Problem Solving.

**Salary Range: RM2,000 - RM3,000**
**Location: Kulai**
