**What you'll be doing**
- Manage and oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing and dispatching of goods
- Develop and implement effective inventory management systems and processes to maintain optimal stock levels
- Coordinate with the transportation team to ensure the timely delivery of orders to customers
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity and cost-effectiveness
- Manage and develop a team of warehouse associates, providing training, coaching and performance management
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
- Analyse warehouse performance data and provide regular reports to senior management

**What we're looking for**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a warehouse management role, preferably in the manufacturing, transport and logistics industry
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems, inventory control, and logistics operations
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work well under pressure
- Proficient in using warehouse management software and data analysis tools
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams
- A bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred
