Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch.
  • Coordinate logistics activities for inbound and outbound shipments (local & export).
  • Ensure accurate inventory records, stock rotation, and timely stock updates.
  • Prepare delivery orders, packing lists, and related logistics documentation.
  • Monitor warehouse organisation, cleanliness, and compliance with SOP and safety requirements.
  • Liaise with transporters, forwarders, and internal departments for smooth operations.
  • Conduct periodic stock checks and assist in variance investigation.
  • Support improvement of warehouse layout, workflow, and stock accuracy.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations (manufacturing environment is an advantage).
  • Familiar with inventory management and basic computer systems (Excel, ERP/Inventory software).
  • Physically fit and able to handle warehouse tasks when required.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
