**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations of outbound travel services, ensuring smooth execution of tour programs.
- Liaise, negotiate, and maintain strong relationships with **China ground agents** and overseas suppliers.
- Monitor and manage group tour arrangements, hotel bookings, transportation, and itinerary planning.
- Ensure compliance with travel regulations, company policies, and customer service standards.
- Supervise and guide the operations team, providing leadership and training where necessary.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve operational issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Prepare and review operational reports, budgets, and forecasts for management.
- Coordinate with sales and product teams to develop and improve travel packages.
- Implement cost-effective solutions and strategies to maximize efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in **Tourism Management** or related field.
- Minimum **3-4 years working experience** in outbound travel operations.
- Proficiency in **Chinese (reading and writing)** is a must.
- **Familiarity with Sabre system** is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with international suppliers.
- Knowledge of China travel market and culture will be an added advantage.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
