Shift Allowance: 2 cycle RM260, 3 Cycle: RM300

**Job Requirements**:

- Must at least have a diploma
- Must be able to work on rotational shift

1. Attend to inbound calls in a Contact Centre environment.

2. Able to resolve customer queries and issues with an aim to provide a first call resolution.

3. A good listener with an ability to establish a good report with the customers as well as attending to their needs to offer relevant product, services, and solutions from the brand.

FRESH GRADUATE ARE WELCOME TO APPLY

Contract length: 24 months

**Salary**: RM2,400.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
