Position: Banking, Customer Service Executive
Work location: Kuala Lumpur
Working Hours: Shift Arrangements
Company Background: Banking & Finance
Salary: RM 2,300 to RM 2,800 + allowances
Must-have requirements:
- SPM and Diploma/Degree graduates are welcome to apply
- Good communication skill
- Experience in contact centre is an added advantage
Job Purpose:
- Attending to enquiries/request /complaints over the telephone on products and services.
- Frontline of voice touch point that serve all enquiries/ requests/ feedback/ complaints on Company products and services from participant, non-participant, and intermediaries
- To support other entities calls in the company for products and services upon skill assignment
- To support non-Voice touchpoint and Life Service Fulfillment roles for the company when there is a criticality of short manpower and backup is needed.
