Must-have requirements:

  • SPM and Diploma/Degree graduates are welcome to apply
  • Good communication skill
  • Experience in contact centre is an added advantage

Job Purpose:

  • Attending to enquiries/request /complaints over the telephone on products and services.
  • Frontline of voice touch point that serve all enquiries/ requests/ feedback/ complaints on Company products and services from participant, non-participant, and intermediaries
  • To support other entities calls in the company for products and services upon skill assignment
  • To support non-Voice touchpoint and Life Service Fulfillment roles for the company when there is a criticality of short manpower and backup is needed.
