Your Next Step Banking Customer Service
We're looking for someone enthusiastic about customer care and eager to join the financial sector in an established bank in Kuala Lumpur
You'll be working in one of the largest banking and financial services organisations in the world, with operations in 64 countries and territories.
Your new role
- Be the first point of contact by handling inbound calls with warmth and confidence.
- Assist customers with their enquiries and expertly address any issues, ensuring every conversation has a positive impact.
- Collaborate across teams to swiftly escalate and resolve customer concerns.
- Identify customer needs and strategically promote our innovative bank products and services.
What you'll need to succeed
- Open to Malaysian candidates keen to pursue a career in customer service
- Open to fresh graduates looking (Bachelor Degree) to enter the banking sector
- Good command in English
- Resilience and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable to work in 24/7 shift
