**Responsibilities**:

- Provide client support and technical issue resolution on products and services.
- Knowledge in troubleshooting hardware and software.
- Identify and correct or advise, on operational issues in client computer systems.
- Diagnose/troubleshoot and repair computer devices, software installation, assemble PC.
- Required to perform onsite service at clients' locations.
- To undertake any-hoc assignments as and when required.

**Requirements**:

- Required language(s): Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- A self-starter, responsible, analytical with good-attitude.
- Possess good communication and technical skills with consultative skills as well as customer-oriented skills.
- Initiative, fast learner and confident.
- Able to work extra hours, independently, full responsibility and with minimum supervision.
- Applicants must be willing to work in IPOH.
