**Job Descriptions**:

- Provide client support and technical issue resolution on IT products and services
- Provide pre-sales support in the area of networking, understanding customer’s requirements and provide proposals accordingly
- Required to perform onsite service at clients' locations
- Assist on loading and unloading the stocks
- Ensure all stocks are delivered on time and in good conditions
- Responsible for keeping vehicle clean and tidy all the time
- To undertake any tasks as and when required

**Job Requirements**:

- Fresh graduate from Degree, unemployed or working part time basis
- Possess minimum Certificate of Successful Completion of Degree Program
- Completed Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent
- Protege Trainee Contract for 8 months
- Proactive, team player and positive attitude
- Must possess own car
- Applicants must be willing to work in Ipoh.
