Handle all instant cases inquiry at office and night watch service duty.
- Delivery of flower wreath and flags procession during night watch.
- Ensure funeral services cases meet standard of requirements and services quality.
- Responsible for FSP funeral arrangement including confirmation of funeral procession time, hearse arrangement, controlling of traffic and others.
- Handle customer enquiries on funeral service and completion of questionnaire.
- Responsible on allocation of manpower in funeral arrangement.
- Responsible for instant sales performance and collection.
- Liaise with undertaker or introducer for instant sales market.
- Drive leading car for land funeral procession.
- Tombs service inquiries.
- Delivery of documents and photo album.
- Ensure cleanliness of company vehicle.
- Any other duties as assigned by the superior/ management to you from time to time.

**Qualification**:

- Minimum SPM or equivalent.

**Skills/Experiences**:

- 2-3 years of working experience in service industries.
- Result-driven, good communication skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Pleasant personality, enthusiastic and service oriented.
- A team player who has ability to work autonomously.
- Conversant in Bahasa Malaysia, English and major Local Dialects.
- Willing to travel and work on weekends and Public Holidays.
