Job description
- Provide technical assistance and guidance during pre-sales process by identifying customers technical and business requirements, prior to designing a solution, consulting with technical teams about capabilities, and supporting business sales teams and account managers on proposal activities.
- To attend meetings with sales team.
- Coordinate presales and end-user during requirement gathering for proposal submission purposes.
- Follow up and ensure timely response to all inquiries.
- Work closely with the operation and development team to ensure the completeness of each deal.
- Establish and maintain lasting relationship with clients by exploring specific needs or anticipating new opportunities.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, understand market trends and also update competitors' activities.
- Manage, provide training and give clear direction and improvements to sales team from time to time.
- Creating marketing concepts

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related courses.
- At least 3 years if experience in Sales, Marketing, or related field (Preferably in the IT industry)
- Have customer service experience with good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in strategic marketing, research, and sales skills
- Able to work independently as well as on a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
