**Reports to**: Managing Director

**Location**: Mutiara Damansara, Selangor.

**Essential Job Functions**

**Graphic Design**
- Ensures brand standards are met internally and externally
- Creates and coordinates execution of all sales tools
- Creates and coordinates execution of all onsite promotion pieces
- Works with Marketing Director on ad creative for all print and web advertising
- Compiles, organizes, and files all brand assets cohesively in various file types
- Creates all print and digital POS signage for distributors and retailers
- Collaborates on new product development, naming and designing
- Oversees creation, design and production of all can, bottle and packaging materials
- Works with outside graphic designers on projects, as needed
- Works with Marketing Director, Sales, and Hospitality to generate new merchandise designs
- Miscellaneous designs as needed
**Digital Management**
- Manages all aspects of Rush Roastery website
- Collaborates with technical resources as needed
- Creates engaging and visually on-brand content
- Maintains Dropbox Files
- Maintains distributor resource site and all associated materials
- Works with Sales and Distributor teams to ensure they have all marketing assets
**Qualifications**

**Education**:

- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field preferred
- Formal graphic design training preferred
**Experience**:

- 2-7 years marketing, website, and social media or related experience required
- 2-7 years graphic design experience
- 2-7 years of brand development for Coffee, retailer or similar industry experience preferred
- Coffee knowledge is a plus, love of coffee is a must
**Specific Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:

- High level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- High level proficiency in Adobe Suite, with emphasis on Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Proficiency in both Windows and Apple operating systems
- Ability to multi-task several projects and meet deadlines with high quality work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of company values and ability to translate values into brand image
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and within team
- Initiative, Drive and Self-Motivation are key success traits
**Working Conditions**:

- Ability to stand for long periods of time and do physically demanding work is required
- Willingness to work on evenings and weekends is required
- Overnight travel on occasion

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
