We are looking for a motivated, dynamic Accounts Executive - Accounts Payable (AP) Mandarin Speaker to join our team based out of our offices in various locations. Your responsibilities will be to plan customer’s service appointment, assigned and coordinate with serve team to create optimal service schedule.

To help to achieve this, we will provide you with a competitive base salary, contractual bonus and career opportunities. You will also be given full product training, with hands on assistance from Accounting Team.

**In this role you will be responsible for**:

- Ensure timely processing of invoices/payments in line with deadlines
- Perform accurate completion of invoices/expense payments
- Check and resolve any invoice discrepancies with relevant parties
- Process inter-company transactions + inter-company report
- Ensure correct AP processes and standards are adhered to in accordance with SOPs
- Perform statement reconciliation
- Vendor master maintenance
- PO housekeeping
- Other responsibilities relevant to the role

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma/Degree holder in related field
- Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy or equivalent
- At least 1 to 2 years’ experience in AP
- Excellent spoken and written English & Mandarin
- Good IT knowledge with advance excel skills will be an added advantage
- Team player, proactive, good attitude, able to work independently and efficiently, meticulous, analytical and able to work under tight deadline

- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to do multitasking job
- Versatility to build rapport with people at all levels
- Multi-lingual in both verbal and written English, Mandarin and Korean / Thai able to converse in decent clear communication
