Preserve and improve the image and integrity of the organization.

Plan, coordinate and implement the functions and activities of integrity at ASM.
Develop policies and guideline in order to strengthen the integrity of the organisation.
Monitor the effectiveness of ASM governance and services.
Increase the awareness and understanding of integrity principles among ASM Staff and members.
Investigate and identify breach of conduct, ethics and regulations.
Handle Complaints Management.
Serve as secretariat for Disciplinary Board.
Provide quarterly report to CEO.

**Skills**:
Advance working skills in Microsoft Excel and proficient in navigating systems;
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks;
Excellent research skills, data analytics, organisation of information and presentation of findings;
Excellent communication which includes comprehension and listening skills.
Proficient in both Malay and English language.

**Qualification**:
Minimum of 4-6 years of work experience in Risk Management, Audit, and/or Integrity field.
Knowledge in risk concepts, frameworks, and regulations, coupled with experience in risk management covering business and operational areas.
