Executive - Marketing Communications

Reporting to the Marketing Lead in Asia, the Marketing and Communications Senior Executive will be responsible for the development and implementation of integrated regional marketing communications programs and initiatives which include online and offline media, strategic marketing projects and events activation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Brand Marketing & Design
- Lead the brand strategies and implementation to drive awareness and conversion of business development to deliver revenue targets set by the company.
- Strategize and execute all key branding and positioning related activities across the businesses. This is to include the messaging, brand intellectual assets, governance, guideline, policy and procedure.
- Oversee the creative development and adaptation of all B2B promotional materials, website content, trade show materials, advertisements etc. across all source markets whilst ensuring creative excellence and brand consistency.
- Managing the relationship with external agencies and vendors to provide branding & marketing services up to the standards of delivery expected by the company.
- Communications
- Strong collaborator with internal stakeholders on internal communication related work or tasks
- Events and Exhibitions
- Conceptualize and plan a direction for all events and exhibitions
- Collaborate with cross functions internal stakeholders and external parties on booth design and the overall plan for exhibitions
- Ensure commitment and accountability of stakeholders on Salesforce campaign for all events and exhibitions, including uploading leads onto the Salesforce and link to the campaign. Also to monitor the progress of leads.
- Public Relations
- Coordinate all public relations activities, including media events, and familiarization visits, including follow-up and monitoring of resulting coverage
- Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within business and industry media
- Manage media inquiries and interview requests
- Coordinate with Global Communications group on press releases, internal communications, and keynote presentations
- Where necessary, support key personnel in writing speeches, preparing letters and drafting articles that are to be made public
- Online presence
- Website content management and online image database maintenance, with particular importance on SEO best practices
- Content management and regular updates, including liaison with designated agencies for content/development on Highspot/Salesforce
- Coordinate with outside agency on Lead Generation & PPC activities, including GDN, social media advertising, text ads, and any other form of online advertising
- Responsible for social media and internal portal news updates.
- Manage Company’s profile including images on Meta search online channels (Google Business, on online media, etc) and on major food related media

**Requirements**:

- You are a creative marketer, excited by innovation and a fantastic communicator
- Strong communication skills both written and spoken in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Other languages are added advantage.
- A good team player across regions and countries with the right attitude to be self-initiative, hardworking and adaptable to change
- Demonstrates success in Marketing Communications campaigns and initiatives
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Minimum a Diploma in related field
- A multi tasker and able to work under pressure
- Experience with Salesforce and SAP is an added advantage
