**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Marketing Strategy Development: Create and implement innovative marketing strategies to drive sales growth and enhance brand visibility in the mechanical services sector.

Customer Identification: Identify and target new customers and business opportunities through various platforms and channels.

Brand Presence Enhancement: Increase the company's market presence and awareness of services and products offered through strategic marketing initiatives.

Business Portfolio Management: Plan and manage the company’s business portfolio to align with market development strategies.

Collaboration with Project Manager: Liaise with the Project Manager on assigned projects to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with project goals.

Sales Reporting: Prepare and analyze sales reports to assess performance and identify improvement areas.

Marketing Material Improvement: Enhance marketing materials, including company profiles and product catalogs, to effectively communicate our offerings.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.

Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel and work outstation as needed to support marketing and sales efforts.

Team Collaboration: Demonstrate the ability to perform effectively in both individual and team environments.

**Requirements**:
Education: Minimum qualification of a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience: Proven experience in mechanical services sales, with a focus on rotating equipment.

Industry Knowledge: Understanding of global trends, business direction, and strategy within the mechanical services industry.

Practical Knowledge: Hands-on experience in technical and business operations related to mechanical services.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
