Manager, Strategic Planning

**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct market analysis, competitive intelligence, and industry research to translate insights into actionable strategies to sustain competitiveness and leverage market opportunities.
- Lead the strategic planning process and documents preparation in collaboration with senior management. Provide strategic guidance and recommendations based on a thorough understanding of business goals and industry dynamics.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of strategic initiatives.
- Analyse and report on the performance of strategic projects, making data-driven recommendations for adjustments as needed.
- Oversee the execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and milestones.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and monitor strategic projects.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather input, feedback, and insights. Foster collaboration and ensure alignment of strategic initiatives with stakeholder expectations.
- Drive a culture of innovation within the organisation by identifying and promoting creative solutions.
- Other ad hoc duties that support the department activities.
**Job Requirements**
- Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Engineering, Economics or Accounting professional body qualification relevant qualifications.
- 8 - 15 years of working experience, with experience in strategic planning, project management or business analysis.

- Strong analytical & critical thinking, problem solving and project management skills.
- Good communication and presentation abilities.
